The Team and Role
As a CMF designer based in Hong Kong, is responsible for a dynamic blend of creative exploration and implementation. You will be driving the CMF of new products, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound. This involves collaborating closely with product development teams to bring products to market. Beyond product development, you will also delve into the world of new sustainable materials, learning and experimenting with new applications.

Product development expertise: Drive towards CMF solutions with the understanding of user experience and brand strategies in collaboration with the wider product teams.

Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
CMF Expertise: Proven experience in CMF design (5+ years), with a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
Sustainability Passion: A deep commitment to sustainable design and a desire to contribute to a more environmentally responsible future.
Material Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of sustainable materials, including their properties, sourcing, and processing.
Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset and ability to generate innovative CMF solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Design, Material Science, or a related design field.
A portfolio showcasing successful projects with contributions of CMF design.
Experience in the consumer electronics or related industries.
Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing processes and certifications.
Ability to inspire and communicate great ideas.
