CMF Sales Support Specialist

UFP Site Built is the leader in designing and manufacturing value-added wood and non-wood products for the construction industry. We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and light gauge steel structural components.

We are currently looking for a CMF Sales Support Specialist is responsible for administrating and coordinating tasks associated with newly sold multifamily projects which include but is not limited to initial customer set up, customer pay-app submissions, monitoring job frame starts and durations, and tracking job performance. Provides support to customers and account managers by maintaining frequent communication with both and by helping troubleshoot problems. Works under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; relays on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities    Initiate new customer set up. Job Information Sheets (JIS) for each project / Customer Data Sheet Requesting Ship-To Codes/ Customer codes Credit Set-Up and approval coordinationVerifying Frame Starts and durations / informing all parties about schedule changes.Compiling Monthly Draws, notarization, submitting to customer via email/Procore/Textura Hanger backorders & creating extrasGathering info for ExtrasHelp determine fault type and if chargeableCheck and verify margin to applyManage and track Change OrdersProviding Sales & Cost Analysis and Reporting to make sure jobs are performing.Tracking Hot Opportunities Maintaining frequent communication with CMF customers, Account Managers, Design and Production teamsDevelops positive customer relationships and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction.Assisting resolving customer issues/problems in a timely manner.Assists customers responding to questions about orders, deliveries, and other inquiries related to their business. Supporting Site Built West RVP and RSMs with special projects, as needed.Preparing various reports and correspondence as required.Performing other duties as required.

Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesReviews reports and daily activity of their team as required.Attends various training sessions as required.

QualificationsMinimum of high school graduate; business bachelor’s degree or related is preferred.Minimum three years of experience in customer service within a Universal’s plant or region or five years in other customer service experience environment.Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software,including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)Working knowledge of all product lines and customer base

Compensation & Benefit Information: 
Salary Pay Range: $42,000-65,000 annually
 

Bonus/Incentive Pay Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
