Position Summary

The CMI Specialist is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting consumer and market data to provide insights driving business decisions. The role supports Divisional marketing and sales teams by delivering actionable recommendations based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis. The CMI Specialist plays a key role in contributing to enhance customer understanding and optimize business strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

Market & Consumer Research Management: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer needs, preferences and behaviors. Liaise with partners and agencies to properly execute different types of survey Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze datasets from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align CMI insights with business goals.Dashboard & Tool Management: Use and develop dashboards and reports using business tools (e.g. Sprinkle, FB Analytics). 

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years‘ experience in market research, data analysis, or business intelligence.Fluent in English language.Multitasking attitude, organizing and prioritizing skills, ability to work under pressure in a though and dynamic context.Proficient in data analysis tools.Mastery in  MS Office Suite.
