Position: CMM Programmer
Wage: $65,000/year
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Location: Green Bay, WI

About the Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining CMM programs, performing dimensional inspections, and supporting quality documentation efforts across a range of parts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that production aligns with customer design specifications and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Program and prove out CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS · Conduct in-depth part layouts and dimensional analyses · Support first-piece, in-process, and final inspections · Collaborate with machinists and operators to resolve discrepancies · Assist with documentation including ballooned drawings, inspection sheets, SPC charts, and more · Participate in internal quality audits and maintain gage calibration records

What We’re Looking For:

· 2–3 years of CMM programming experience preferred · Familiarity with PC-DMIS software · Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation · Previous experience in a manufacturing quality environment · Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy · Ability to work in both lab and shop settings

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working around inspection equipment and shop tools
