**What you will do:** + Programming, maintenance, administration and optimization of measuring programs for CNC-controlled tactile and optical measuring systems (Mitutoyo) + Setting up measuring machines/systems and CNC measurements for initial sampling, test projects and feasibility analyse + Development of simple devices and special modifications for the test systems to ensure application for the test processes + Initiation and supervision of maintenance and calibration measure + Process-related training, instruction and support of measuring system operators in handling, set-up and operating activities + Support and investigation of process capabilities in the course of process development. + Support in the analysis of test strategies, data and measurement sequences for the suitability verification of test methods as well as support in complaint and NC/CAPA investigations to determineoptimal test and finishing process parameters + Carrying out special CMM inspection tests + Documentation, maintenance and archiving of associated quality data in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines + Active participation in continuous improvement **What do you need:** + Relevant experience in working with CNC-controlled, tactile and optical measuring systems (Mitutoyo) + Several years of experience in the use of measuring systems in production + Flexibility, ability to work in a team, high quality awareness and independence + Willingness to undergo further training and adapt to new technologies and work processes + Good English knowledge Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
