Responsible for the maintenance, ongoing development, and change management of the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Responsible for the software solutions to integrate the CMMS with other site software. Ensures alignment with site CMMS and maintenance aspects to maintain regulatory compliance.
Your day to day:
The ongoing maintenance and development of the site CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) including work order planning process, asset maintenance, asset hierarchy maintenance, user maintenance, scheduler (PM) maintenance, and work flow development Site subject matter expert for the CMMS. Daily monitoring of system and processes to ensure proper operation and initial point of contact for issue resolution Identify and assist in the development of training related to the use of the CMMS Ensure process compliance for the site preventive maintenance program Development and maintenance of software interfacing with the CMMS database for special complex queries as well as standardized customized reports Procedure review responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance of the maintenance program related to the CMMS processes Excellent organizational skills required to plan implementation of many short term small changes and long term large scale changes at one time Excellent communication skills with personnel of all work backgrounds to ensure alignmentWhat you need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s Degree 1Microsoft Suite tools familiarity, strong in Word and Excel Basic computer programing is a plus Experience with relational databases is a plus year of CMMS administrator experience (or similar software platform)Why Westinghouse?
