The role you’ll contribute:

The Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Analyst is part of the CMMS Operations team whose role is to support multiple departments within the Central Florida Division- South Region (CFDSR). The departments include the Support Services Group, Office of Design & Construction, Asset Management, and Centra Cares in the use of the designated Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) through partnership with Corporate Shared Services and members of the local Support Services Group at our Hospitals. Works under the direction of the Facilities Manager of CMMS Operations and is responsible for completing Maintenance related activities including but not limited to: data validation, equipment tagging and upload, and support of compliance and operations initiatives. The CMMS Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the CMMS. May be assigned projects including but not limited to: testing in partnership with the Corporate Shared Services departments, IT, and Security teams. The CMMS Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and is expected to handle one or many projects or initiatives to deliver the agreed outcomes and objectives within the assigned scope. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Support CMMS application(s) to optimize operational effectiveness while improving existing Support Services business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality maximizing the value to AHS while maintaining overall project awareness.

Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of AH Support Services business processes and practice requirements, including: applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable external compliance regulations to anticipate and define application and operation needs.

Willingly contribute and share ideas, system knowledge and understanding of core SC business processes to increase team/project effectiveness and establish positive working relationships throughout the project.

Work with internal department leadership and Corporate technical/functional teams as directed by Manager to ensure identified gaps are communicated clearly and solutions related to those identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful implementations.

Be willing to explore & accept creative solutions; be prepared to alter business "as is" to "business as may need to be" for future system and operational optimization.

Maintain and Complete documentation during projects as assigned or needed within existing CMMS application.

Work closely with the CMMS Training Manager to provide necessary information required for the on-boarding and development of end-users. Work closely with the CMMS Senior Analyst to communicate and address discrepancies and ensure adherence to the approved standards and operations

Act as resource/liaison to end-users.

Escalate, Report and Document system and/or user issues using existing CMMS application.

Work with minimal supervision, paying significant attention to detail and responding to issues and tasks with a sense of urgency.

May occasionally require off hours support

Enters and updates medical equipment records into database directly or through use of templates to be submitted through Corporate Shared Services Support Center.

Works with Support Services Leadership and Staff to develop appropriate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules with assignments and appropriate supporting documentation to be used within existing CMMS application.

Runs routine reports and documents, such as, PM scheduling, new equipment lists, PM task lists, work order completion reports, and PM completion information. Provides reports to the Director, Manager, Lead Techs as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors or 5 years’ experience
