CMMS & Support Supervisor
The CMMS Engineer is responsible to plant
- Lead CMMS preventive maintenance and calibration program by following as below
Manage PM and Calibration master plan and coordinate with EN process, Planner and Production for confirm production plan stop date and time. Provide PM check sheet to EN Process and UT. Contact supplier for PM confirmation and support work permit for supplier access. Prepare part for PM activities in advance.- Manage spare part and EN chemical usage on cost, parts readiness with optimize stock value.
- Manage and support EN process and UT team for PR, quotation, and invoice.
- Work under operation and maintenance protocol system such as SOPs / WI / PM / CQV etc.
- Support TPM for AM and PM activities.
- Support business for safety, food safety and environment need on manufacturing equipment and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Daily routine to manage preventive maintenance and calibration program of all machines and equipment. Prepare all document related, alert EN team on their activity in advance and keep record all document in keeping place.
Confirm supplier to support preventive maintenance as planned. Support work permit and coordinate with Planner and Production for machine stop date and time. Confirm EN process for resource align with job demand.
Daily spare part and EN chemical management included max-min review, new spare part request, parts incoming inspection, stock cost optimization, SDS requirement, keeping condition, obsolete parts review, and parts readiness.
Support PR issuing for EN team in term of Preventive maintenance and Calibration program. Contact supplier for send requirement until get the quotation with right specification and scope of work.
Improve plant engineering CMMS program and spare parts. Support all department related with EN activities.
Summary preventive maintenance progress with concern issue feedback in term of plan delay or postpone. Summary spare part usage, ordering and issues.
Required Qualifications:
Level of Education and Discipline
Bachelor’s in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial or experience work in food manufacturing
Certifications and/or Licenses
Spare part management certificate,
Personal Responsible of Energy
ExperienceKnowledge and experience of the manage preventive maintenance and calibration program of Engineering or Maintenance department. Spare part management. Contact supplier, give requirement information to get quotation and process. Summary and analyze achievement and gap then make presentations for management review.
Interpersonal Skills
Other Skills & Competencies
Mastery in MS Office (Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Word) required. SAP, Adobe Acrobat Writer experience & working knowledge of PLC, AutoCAD system and Shop Floor integration a plus.
