The Cloud Managed Services Operations team within Cloud Managed Services provides support to run the business including the following: financial management, billing and collections, practice communications, business development and sales strategy support, practice budgeting, utilization and leadership support.

Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and short-term imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organization's business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally, our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

Description: 

As a ServiceNow Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, maintaining and continually improving orchestrated workflows to automate IT processes throughout the enterprise. Work closely with other teams and Engineering groups to create automation solutions.

Job Requirements:

Define and implement efficient end-to-end provisioning Automation solutions based on Service now

Serves as a subject matter expert for automation and orchestration

Supports the existing Automation Portals, provisioning scripts. Identify the automation orchestration related opportunities throughout the organization

Independently leads the design of automation solutions to include hardware platforms, services, and operation systems.

Create Automation solutions and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform

ole will be accountable for working multiple internal teams to in delivering enterprise automation solutions.

Conduct POCs to demo new ideas and help solidify technical direction.

Work with internal and external resources to achieve project goals.

Work in a collaborative development environment, helping & technical guidance to less experienced team members

Qualifications:

Typically has 2 – 4 years related experience

College Degree or equivalent work experience; advanced studies/degree preferred

Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow and ability to create workflows

Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, .NET) and one scripting language (Bash, PowerShell) is essential.

Excellent coding and GUI skills

Development of BluePrism automation orchestration tools is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills
