Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.•\tSupport the local Sales/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. •\tProvide technical support during the technical meeting, LV switchgear/busway presentations and negotiations and offers LV switchgear/busway related training. •\tPrepares technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local sale indications.•\tDefines cost for the proposed LV switchgear solution and communicates to local sale. Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales.•\tSupport the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.•\tRespond OR booking process and lead handover process to project execution team.
Qualifications for the role\tMore than 3 years in LV switchgear experience for engineer, project management, or technical support background. \tExperience with institute, EPC or distributor that often communicate with foreigner customer.\tBe good at listening and transposition thinking\tMechatronics Engineering, mechanical design etc. \tBachelor degree or above.\tGood at CAD, good at Excel/word tool;Good reading, writing, listening and talking in English.\tCheerful personality, open communicate with people.
