Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking skilled and caring Home Care CNAs to join our team, providing personalized, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals who want to offer support and assistance to those in need while fostering a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and record patient vitals, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with medication reminders and ensure safe medication administration Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Document all care provided in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in good standing in corresponding state Previous experience in home care, hospital, or long-term care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward clients Must be able to lift and move patients as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must pass background checks and drug screenings
