CNA Position Summary As a CNA at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include: + Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership. + Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans. + Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake. + Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned. + Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
