Seeking upbeat and experienced CNA’s for an amazing Correctional facility Client of ours. We have 20 openings for a January Start date. These are 13 week contracts with the likelihood of extending.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.
Minimum Requirements:
Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistantwithin the last three years Graduate from certified nursing assistant program withsubsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per staterequirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and ingood-standing Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clericalfunctions Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Addtional Information:10 CNA’s for Health Center Days
10 CNA’s Health Center Nights
2 CNA’s Mental Health Days
36/48 Rotation; Every other weekend
12.5 Hr. Shifts
6P-7A nights
6A-7P days
30 min. lunch and two 15 min. breaks
