Overview Eligible for a $2000 Sign On Bonus with a 1-year work commitment. Expected pay for this position is $19.81 - $23.31/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The Dialysis Technician/CNA is responsible for the care of patients requiring dialysis treatments. Performs hemodialysis treatments including access through fistulas, grafts, or hemodialysis catheters under the supervison of a RN Dialysis as prescribed by the physician. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED Licensure/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant in current state American Heart Association BLS for healthcare provider CPR Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification within 18 months as required by CMS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: One year clinical dialysis experience National Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
