Our team of Certified Nursing Assistants play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients. This position will also take on responsibilities of a Health Unit Coordinator
**What you can expect from this role**
+ Full Time Shift - 1.0 FTE (40 hours per two-week pay period)
+ The hours for this position are generally: 7:30 am - 4:00pm OR 8:00 am - 4:30pm; No Holidays or Weekends
+ In this position, we are looking for someone to room patients, assist with vital signs, sit in on breast exams, clean rooms and occasional administrative back-up support for the clinic
+ Outside of being a CNA, this person will also assist with prepping charts, answering phones, telephone encounters, and possible scheduling.
+ Through documentation and oral communication, essential information is shared with health care team members and others common to the unit/area(s) of assignment
+ Eligible to apply for scholarships to pursue nursing education
**Qualifications**
Licenses/Certifications:
+ Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice OR Nurse Apprentice letter
+ American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
