Position Summary: Delta Family Medicine is a busy family practice providing care to all ages, from geriatrics to pediatrics. We are looking for a person with attention to detail, who enjoys working with other people and communicates effectively to all age groups. Delta Family provides outstanding care because of our excellent employees. Candidates should have prior nursing experience, be familiar with technology and be comfortable with change. We will provide the necessary training and tools to be a successful team member.

 

Essential Job Functions: Interacting with patients, collecting pertinent medical history. Administering injections, documenting visit information in electronic medical record, making phone calls and completing necessary tasks. Other duties as requested.

 

Qualifications: Licensed CNA/MA/LPN with previous experience preferred. Experience with injections, immunizations, patient centered care and computer experience also preferred. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks independently.

 

Hours: This position will be guaranteed to days/week. Those days will vary depending on provider's schedule. Clinic hours are: Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:00

 

Additional Notes: This is a full-time position.
