Job Summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a CNA/NA for a full-time position at our Oahu location. This individual contributor role is a 40hrs/wk position that works Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Responsibilities of this position include providing comfort and care to our elderly clients while adhering to state and federal regulations. The position pays $18 to $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with day to day living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding, and other activities.
• Monitor changes, acceleration and deceleration of health condition.
• Administer medication as prescribed by physician
• Report any changes to health or living environment to management.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for seniors.
• Develop positive relationship with the elderly clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have CNA/NA certification and valid licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience as CNA/NA
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
