Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for a full-time CNA/NA to join our team in Kaneohe. The successful candidate will provide quality care services to our residents in accordance with and prescribed by the associated service plan, and as directed by the nursing staff. The CNA/NA will nurture, guide and assist patients to help them reach their maximum potential. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salary opportunity. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of $37440 - $40000, paid to them weekly. Benefits include health insurance, vacation time, and sick time. Responsibilities: • Provide quality direct resident care services to residents, in accordance with their service plan and as directed by the nursing staff • Provide direct care services including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, communication, transportation, activities, as needed • Assist the nursing staff in the implementation of the nursing care plan • Maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents • Foster and maintain professional relationships with residents and caregivers • Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the unit and facility Requirements: • Valid CNA/NA license in the state of Hawaii • A minimum of one year CNA/NA experience • Demonstrated ability to provide quality, compassionate care • Ability to read and write in English • Ability to be flexible and physically able to perform duties • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
