Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $22.19 - $28.00 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Additional pay when working evening/night shifts

 

We are seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role provides hands on care and support services for our adult short stay patients at our spacious care center in Burnsville, MN. 

 

This weekend patient support position includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Assists resident based on individual care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to call lightsNursing Assistant may per community patient care model check and record vitals AM/PM cares; including peri care and catheter careMay turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other persons/mechanical assistanceObserves residents and reports status to appropriate staff in a clear and concise mannerChart or document in electronic medical record systemSeeks to resolve resident and family concernsReceives and gives report to appropriate staff during various times in work shiftOther duties such as; order and cleanliness in rooms and work areas, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department, and answers phones in a timely manner Qualifications

Required:

Active as Nursing Assistant, Registered (NAR) on the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry by start date

Preferred:
