(http://hr.uw.edu/benefits/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2018/02/benefits-classified-staff-20191231.pdf) Harborview Medical Center's Mobility Program is seeking a full-time **CNA / Nursing Mobility Tech Lead.** **Work Schedule:** + Day Shift + Full-time: 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts (requires some weekends) + Consistent work schedules **Position Highlights:** + Performs all duties of Nursing Mobility Tech, while making independent judgements, decisions, and acts regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing, and workflow issues for the Mobility department + Supervise daily operations and employee performances + Serves as educational resource for new and existing staff **The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following functions:** + Assist with development and implementation of department staffing schedule + Promotes a healthy work environment and productive working relationships + Manages equipment, including stocking & ordering, periodic maintenance & cleaning, safety inspections, trouble shooting, maintenance, and setup of equipment **Qualified candidates:** + **Required:** High school diploma or GED + **Required:** Active Nursing Assistant-Certified (CNA) with the State of Washington + Two (2) or more years of experience as a NA-C in a hospital setting + Prior leadership experience in a health care setting is preferred University of Washington is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
