This position will be working Thursday to Monday on day shift.
Job Description: Assist participants/residents/patients/clients who are functionally, physically and/or socially impaired with those activities of daily living agreed upon in their Service Plan, at the same time fostering independence, freedom of choice, and dignity and safety. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems.

Required qualifications:
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License 3 months of experience of long-term care or related geriatric and/or rehabilitative carePreferred qualifications:
