Your work will directly impact lives every day, helping patients feel safe, supported, and cared for during their most vulnerable moments. **What You’ll Do** + Provide **direct patient care** as delegated by the RN within CNA licensure scope. + Perform essential technical skills: CPR, vital signs, fluid intake/output, dressing changes, and more. + Assist patients with **personal care** : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration. + Support mobility: help patients walk, exercise, and move safely. + Maintain unit supplies and provide clerical support as needed. + Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team. **What We’re Looking For** + **Education:** Graduate of an accredited CNA program. + **Licensure:** Certified Nursing Assistant – Washington State; Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire. + **Experience:** 1 year in an acute care setting preferred. + **Skills:** Compassionate, organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
