What You’ll Do:• Provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision to ensure safety and comfort.• Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, grooming, eating, and hygiene.• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, including vital signs and behavioral shifts.• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in proper condition.• Uphold patient privacy and adhere to all confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.What We’re Looking For:• Compassionate, patient-focused individuals eager to grow in healthcare.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or willingness to learn.Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• Demonstrated integrity, good judgment, and commitment to teamwork.• Regular, reliable attendance according to department scheduling.Take the First Step Toward a Rewarding Healthcare Career!The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
