2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 1:30amFull-time: 40 hours per week + overtime as neededCompetitive Pay: $16.00/hr Affordable health and insurance after just 30 days: $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE telehealth services!Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: NO temps here—with Ōnin, you are a Teammate from day one! What You’ll Do as a CNC Cutting Machine Operator:

Efficiently operate Zund digital cutting hardware and software to manipulate various substrates, including: Vinyl, Vinyl Coated Mesh, PVC sheeting, acrylic, polycarbonate, sign foams, aluminum sign boards, and Foam core.Execute cutting methods such as routing, slicing, creasing, and more using drag knives, oscillating knives, rotating knives, and kiss cut knives.Maintain a high level of quality in every finished product.Organize workflow for easy tracking of job statuses.Collaborate with graphics production personnel to achieve common goals.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Have:

Expertise: At least 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC cutting machines.Problem-Solving Skills: Thinks creatively to find effective solutions.Self-Driven Mentality: Motivated to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.Attention to Detail: Recognizes the impact of small details on overall quality.Accountability: Takes pride in their work, owning both successes and mistakes.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with team assistance.
