Your role

This role is for creation / optimization/ testing of CNC programs for various machines for parts manufacturing/ production, includes activities such as:Tooling DefinitionFeasibility StudiesTool Path Creation with necessary documentation such as Cutting Parameter SheetPost ProcessingVericut SimulationOptimisation of NC programs using tools such as Third Wave Production (TWS) ModuleProve-out of NC programs on machines
RequiredExperience on Operating CNC Turning / Milling / Multi-axis Mill-Turn machinesExperience in NC-programming for Turning, Milling, Mill-Turn machines like Hermle, DMG, VDF, Mazak, etc.Experience in analyzing legacy NC code & migrating to NX programExperience in prove out programs on the machinesExperience in NX modelling & drafting preferredUnderstanding of tool & parameter selection for machiningUnderstanding of manufacturing process/stage models, sketch plans, models and drawingsKnowledge on Aircraft engine components and associated Manufacturing engineering processes, machining, coatings, surface treatments, metrology, quality control, safety requirements, etc.Knowledge on Cutting Tools, machining Strategies and Cutting parameters Data analysis and ReportingProgram / Interface management experienceTools: TeamcenterUG NX CAD/CAM ModuleVericutThird Wave Production Module or similar - PreferredMS office
