**Job Title: CNC Laser Operator** **Job Description** Candidates will be making parts for agricultural and transportation products. They will work off blueprints, setting up and adjusting programs on CNC Tube Laser Machines. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials and making adjustments on machines. **Responsibilities** + Produce parts for agricultural and transportation products. + Work from blueprints to set up and adjust CNC Tube Laser Machines. + Load and unload materials. + Make necessary adjustments on machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience using a tape measure. + Laser operation and setup skills. + Blueprint reading and interpretation. + Machine setup experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 years of operating experience on tube laser or other plasma, laser, and saw machines. + Ability to set up and change over between parts. + Proficiency in blueprint interpretation is a significant advantage. **Why Work Here?** This company is family-oriented and offers flexible scheduling as long as the work is completed. The work environment is urgent but not frantic, providing a balanced atmosphere. **Work Environment** The shop is newly expanded and accommodates around 40 people across all shifts. Work hours are from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. Training is provided on the day shift for 3-6 weeks, based on the candidate's learning speed. A $2/hr shift differential is offered when transitioning to the night shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, North Dakota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
