**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist** **Job Description** We are looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. You will be responsible for troubleshooting machines, reading complex prints, and setting machines up to hold tolerances of +/- 0.002. Our company produces foundry tooling for various industries including resource & mining, construction, commercial pipe wrenches, hydraulic components, heavy equipment, engine components, and large municipal pipe fittings and adapters. You may be responsible for up to 12 different machines daily. **Hard Skills** + 2+ years of CNC (Ikegai & Hitachi) & Manual Lathe experience + Ability to program (2D modeling) using software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360 + Blueprint reading (true position, GD&T symbols, etc.) **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Davenport, Iowa. **Work Environment** Well-lit, can be dirty at times. About 10 total employees. Majority HAAS machines in the machining room. Need to be able to hop around and work/check on multiple machines. Mix of newer and older machines around the shop.
