Responsible for operating, programming, and troubleshooting CNC lathes while ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in machining operations.

Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC lathe operation Experience with Mori-Seiki CNC controllers preferred Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting CNC lathe operations Ability to verify machined components using conventional inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail for quality inspections Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Mori-Seiki CNC mill/turn lathes Program and troubleshoot CNC lathe operations to optimize performance Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools to ensure part accuracy Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet production goals Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in machining processes Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
