Job Title: Lathe Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Lathe Machinists for both 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you will machine details from plate or flat stock according to blueprints to exact dimensions, producing hot runners for the plastic injection industry. The materials used include steel, copper, nickel, and more.

Work Environment

The shop is clean and newly built in 2019, featuring multiple cafes and a workout room. Working hours for the 1st shift are from 7am to 3:30pm, extending to 5:30pm when busy, with Saturdays from 7am to 1pm. The 2nd shift runs from 7pm to 3:30am, extending to 5:30am when busy, with Saturdays from 2pm to 8pm. Current work week is 48 hours with a 10% shift premium.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
