CNC Machine Operator Details:

Direct Hire position$20.00 to $23.00 /hourFirst ShiftSet up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining and adherence to project requirements.Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal production flow.Maintain strict quality control standards, inspecting finished products to meet industry and company specifications.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong background in machine setup and operation.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, and technical drawings.Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to make minor adjustments to ensure precision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent downtime.Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment and adherence to all safety regulations.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in CNC machining preferred.
