Summary: Seeking CNC Machine Set-Up Operators for setting up and operating CNC controlled production equipment, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience with CNC machines Multi-axis experience with mills and lathes Ability to lift 60+ pounds Familiarity with CNC machine programs and settings Understanding of G and M Codes

Preferred Skills:

Experience in setting up CNC milling, lathe, Robo Drills, Cutting, or 5-axis machines

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery for specific machining operations Secure raw materials or workpieces onto machines Choose tools based on job requirements and materials Load tools into tool magazine or holders; set tool offsets Load CNC programs into machine control unit; perform test runs Adjust settings to achieve accuracy; check parts for quality compliance Perform routine maintenance tasks; address minor issues affecting performance

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
