Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications

Machinist Degree preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience preferredAbility to read blueprintsAbility to lift 50lbsStrong understanding of metal properties and machining processesGood mathematical and analytical skillsProven experience in a tool room or similar environmentAbility to use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) accuratelyKnowledge of CNC programming and operation

Responsibilities

Sets up, operate, and program Tool Room equipment including CNC Mills, CNC Lathe, saw, manual mill and lathes.Set up and operate surface and cylindrical grinders.Manufacture parts and components to print specifications using manual and CNC machinery.Clean, evaluate, maintain, repair, and convert injection molds. Work safely and maintain molds and equipment to operate as designed.Maintain service records in compliance with FDA & ISO standards.Determine root cause when addressing major tool damage / failure. Report findings to the Tool Room Lead.

Anticipated hourly range: $25.20 per hour - $37.69 per hour
