What We Offer: Pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour based on experience Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus every quarter Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Direct-hire opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Climate-controlled facility What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Proficiency in programming and editing with M & G codes Ability to fully set up and operate dual-spindle Nakamura CNC lathes Skilled in producing first-article inspection parts and documenting dimensions for ISO compliance Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools Strong shop math and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist: Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle mill-turn CNC lathes to meet production specifications Load, write, and edit M & G code programs Perform dry runs in single-block mode to validate programs Produce and inspect first-article parts per ISO standards Ensure quality using precision measuring instruments Perform routine machine maintenance and fill lubricants, oils, and coolants Run warm-up programs and report any mechanical issues to maintenance
