CNC Machinist

We have opened a new and exciting position for a CNC Machinist at Flowserve Etten-Leur, Netherlands, within our PMC Pumps department. Are you, as a CNC professional, looking for a technically challenging position where you can put your knowledge into practice?

What are you going to do?

As a CNC machinist you work with a fixed, high-quality machine

You make single drive shafts from Steel, Stainless Steel or Duplex.

You receive the working drawings from your colleague and assess the feasibility and specified tolerances

You independently follow the procedures to complete the project

You program the files yourself from the drawing for your workpiece, do this on the machine

You are responsible for your machine, you check the adjustment of the machine, and of course also the quality of your tools and tooling

You take interim measurements on your work, you are responsible for the quality;

If everything is set up correctly, you get to work, you are that professional who is proud of his work.

Your profile

You have a professional diploma or can demonstrate an equivalent level through work experience

You have 3 years of work experience with CNC machines

You speak English and preferably also Dutch

You want to deliver every piece of work perfectly and with high quality, you have an eye for detail

You work neatly, accurately and check your own work at several times

Driven and a cheerful personality, eager to learn applies to you

You are communicative and your social skills are good, you are a pleasant colleague

What do we offer?

Variety in your work and the responsibility to work at your own discretion

Our department works in 2 shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM or 2:45 PM to 11:30 PM, on Fridays max. until 7:15 PM

A professional machine park and a tidy facility

We use the Collective Labor Agreement for Large Metal and have good secondary employment conditions

8% holiday pay, 5% end-of-year bonus, 27 holiday days, 13 ADV days and a good pension scheme
