**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** You will be responsible for the machine setups for the CNC machines in the facility. Utilizing a combination controllers, you will operate the runs. Expect to complete 4-5 different setups a day to produce various sized propellers. You will operate 1-2 machines at a time, performing setups, changeovers, zeroing out axes, and selecting the correct program for each job order. **Responsibilities** + Perform machine setups for CNC machines (mills or lathes) + Use controllers to operate machine runs (mazatrol, fanuc or heidenhain" + Complete 4-5 different setups daily to produce different sized propellers. + Operate 1-2 machines simultaneously, including setups, changeovers, and zeroing out axes. + Select the correct program for each job order. + Assist in other areas as needed and maintain a clean work area. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience setting up CNC machines, preferably Heidenhain and Fanuc. + 2+ years of experience using Heidenhain or Fanuc controllers. + 2+ years of experience working with Mills or Lathes. + Ability to push or pull 75 lbs and climb into or work on machine tables. + Experience with machine programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Familiarity with machining tools such as calipers. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you will be part of a collaborative team. You will need to be comfortable working in a team setting and assisting in various areas as needed.
