Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualtiy candidates for a CNC Machine Operator position.  This is a 1st shift position with pay rate of $18/hour.  Please see below for additional details.

CNC Machine Operator

Shift: 6:30am-3pm Monday through Friday with overtime after training is complete
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Position Summary:
Operate CNC equipment. Would be operating CNC machines such as lathes and mills, etc. Would be reading and making parts from prints and be able to use all measuring tools and instruments to check for quality.

Essential Functions: Load programs and follow set up sheets Review engineering drawings for tooling required Basic set up and machine operation Inspect each part against drawings to ensure accuracy and finishes Maintain equipment and clean work area Handle all other duties as requested by management Qualifications: Ability to understand and read programming code preferred Basic knowledge of CNC machine techniques Tooling and precision machining experience preferred Ability to operate multiple machines Experience with precision measuring tools-micrometers, caliper, gauges Ability to perform manual math calculation Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to read and understand complex drawings preferred Ability to perform job duties with supervision Benefits and Perks Health Insurance Paid vacation 401K Paid holidays Possible profit sharing each quarter
