Summary: Seeking a CNC Machinist for a 3-month contract to set up, operate, and program CNC Milling machines with a focus on plastic materials.

Requirements:

Proficiency in CNC programming and G-code Knowledge of plastic materials and machining properties Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with precision measuring tools

Preferred Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude Understanding of geometric tolerances

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications Load raw plastic materials; select appropriate tools and fixtures Perform machine calibration, adjustments, and testing before production Program machines using G-code or related languages Adjust machine settings for optimal performance Diagnose and troubleshoot machine errors

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
