**Aerotek is hiring CNC Machinist** **Pay: $18 to $28** **Shift: 2nd shift 4pm - 12:30 am M-F and some Saturdays as needed** **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications + Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met + Perform basic math calculations to verify dimensions and tolerances + Handle materials and perform material handling tasks as needed + Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and tooling + Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse **Essential Skills** + Previous experience operating CNC machines + Knowledge of using G&M codes + Experience with CNC Mills and CNC lathes + Blueprint reading and interpretation + Programming experience with CNC machines + Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures + Strong attention to detail + Good manual dexterity for using hand tools and tooling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to use software to edit CNC programs + Experience with troubleshooting and machine operation + Knowledge of grinding, lathe, and mill machining **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00 • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 20, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
