Our client, a dynamic and innovative manufacturer, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team in Oxnard, CA. In this role, you will operate CNC machines to fabricate high-quality parts and components, ensuring all work meets precision standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to plan machining processes.Program and set up CNC machines for milling and lathing operations, installing and adjusting machine components as needed.Load materials into CNC machines and monitor operations for safety and efficiency.Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to design specifications.Conduct routine maintenance and report any repairs needed for machine functionality.Maintain accurate records of operations, quality checks, and inventory levels.Adhere to all safety protocols and continuously stay updated on machining techniques.

Requirements:

Technical training or 5+ years of experience operating CNC machines (mills and lathes).Proven expertise in CNC programming and operation.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
