Aerotek is hiring CNC Machinist

Pay: $18 to $28Shift: 2nd shift 4pm - 12:30 am M-F and some Saturdays as neededResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision partsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsMonitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are metPerform basic math calculations to verify dimensions and tolerancesHandle materials and perform material handling tasks as neededFabricate and assemble components using hand tools and toolingMaintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouseEssential SkillsPrevious experience operating CNC machinesKnowledge of using G&M codesExperience with CNC Mills and CNC lathesBlueprint reading and interpretationProgramming experience with CNC machinesKnowledge of quality control standards and proceduresStrong attention to detailGood manual dexterity for using hand tools and toolingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to use software to edit CNC programsExperience with troubleshooting and machine operationKnowledge of grinding, lathe, and mill machining

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00
