Our client, an electrical distributor is seeking a CNC Engraving and Inkcup Printer Operator to join their team in Wayne, NJ. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines to ensure high-quality production of engraved and printed components.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to perform engraving, printing, cutting, and marking tasks.Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to set up and execute tasks accurately.Prepare raw materials and parts for machine operations.Conduct test runs and ensure outputs meet specified requirements.Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet quality standards.Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues during shifts.Follow health and safety regulations and wear required PPE.

Requirements:

Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and precision measurement tools.Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented approach.Experience with high-speed machinery and manual, semi-automated, or automated tools.Ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures) for accurate measurements.Effective communication skills in English.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
