Job Description: CNC Machinist

Pay Rate: $26 - $32 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our team in Gainesville, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes, setting up and operating machinery, making edits and adjustments, changing tooling, and working off blueprints. Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes to produce precision parts.Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production specifications.Perform machine adjustments and edits as needed to ensure optimal performance.Change tooling and make necessary adjustments to maintain production quality.Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.Use precision measurement tools to inspect and verify parts for accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with proficiency in operating CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes.Strong knowledge of machine setups, tooling changes, and machinery adjustments.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Skilled in using precision measurement tools to ensure part accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
