**CNC Machinist in La Vergne, TN** **Job Description** We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will operate complex production equipment and utilize manufacturing software and tools to produce and package various products safely. You will follow digital work instructions, blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to meet product and customer specifications and tolerance levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustained production. **Responsibilities** + Operate complex production equipment and manufacturing software. + Follow digital work instructions, blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics. + Interpret dashboards and reporting tools. + Execute equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustained production. + Make necessary adjustments to existing equipment and provide continuous feedback for manufacturing process improvement. + Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production/processing operation. + Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls. + Report malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. + Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. + Set up and operate various machine tools, such as mill-turns, mills, lathes, grinders, and powder presses. + Align and secure tooling, holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience in operating CNC machines. + Ability to follow blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics. + Proficiency in setting up and operating various machine tools, such as mill-turns, mills, lathes, grinders, and powder presses. + Knowledge of equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prefer experience running CNC machines. **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term growth opportunities, pay increases, and great benefits.
