Your tasks:

Programming, setting up and operating a CNC grinding machine with Sinumerik control

Preparation and finishing of components (complexity of the components depends on skills and experience)

Quality assurance including rework according to drawing, if necessary according to instructions

Ensure workplace organization and maintenance according to instructions in accordance with 6S criteria.

​​Support improvement processes in creation and implementation

Your profile:

Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training, e.g. as a cutting machine operator

Professional experience with CNC processing machines, ideally in the field of grinding

CNC programming skills

Knowledge of conventional machining of components desirable

Initial experience in the manufacturing process of mechanical seals

Good knowledge of the relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 procedures, work plans and internal guidelines
