**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** As a Machinist, you will troubleshoot tooling issues with various machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, and manual machinery. You will provide solutions by recommending different types of tooling or methods for chipping metal. Additionally, you will pull up blueprints and schematics to address real-time issues with customers. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot tooling issues over the phone with a variety of customers, including manufacturing facilities and job shops. + Troubleshoot tooling issues with various machines, mainly mills and lathes, but also grinders, EDM, and manual machinery. + Provide solutions by recommending different types of tooling or methods for chipping metal. + Pull up blueprints and schematics to address real-time issues with customers. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mills and lathes + Proficiency in Mastercam + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience with CNC programming **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Programming experience is a plus **Why Work Here?** The company has grown consistently over the years and has built a reputation for quality and customer service.
