Cnc Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of all plant operating equipment and facilities. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment. • Repair machines, equipment, or structures using various types of equipment and tools quickly and efficiently to minimize production downtime. • Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and performing other preventative maintenance actions. • Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. • Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts using various types of equipment and tools. • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and other problems and determine how to correct them. • Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams. • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery. • Order parts, supplies, or equipment. • Responsible for electrical, heating, and cooling systems and maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. • Responsible for groundskeeping services including grass cutting and snow/ice removal. • Receive quotes for necessary services from outside contractors. • Coordinate, schedule, and direct services of maintenance contractors. Ensure contractors are trained to the safety policies and maintain contractor safety log. • Develop daily, monthly, and annual machine preventative maintenance program. • Monitor PMs as completed by those designated, and verify paperwork is correctly filled out and submitted. • All other duties as assigned. **Hard Skills** + CNC Maintenance + Electrical + Troubleshooting **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** 6am - 2:30pm 1 opening on 1st shift 2pm - 10:30pm 1 opening on 2nd shift **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
