CNC Maintenance Technician
**Experience CNC Maintenance Technician | Resume need for consideration** Full time located in Mansfield, TX **Job Summary** : We are seeking a skilled and motivated **CNC Maintenance Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly and efficiently. **Job Responsibilities** _This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:_ + Keep all production equipment running at a high-efficiency rate and at maximum productivity. + Establish and perform preventive maintenance programs for production equipment that is compliant with the quality system. + Work independently and with minimal supervision. + Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed. + Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed. + Maintain spare part inventories to ensure a high service level. + Perform additional duties/tasks as required by management. **Key Responsibilities** : + Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines and related equipment. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with CNC machinery. + Repair and replace faulty components such as motors, belts, bearings, and sensors. + Program and calibrate CNC machines as necessary to ensure precision and accuracy. + Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and machine performance. + Work closely with operators to ensure proper machine setup and functionality. + Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. + Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications as required. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform other duties as assigned. + Computer and microprocessor experience, PLC, and ladder logic + Organizational skills sufficient for OSHA and quality systems compliance + Basic knowledge of ISO/GMP regulations and work environment or other regulated industry + General machine troubleshooting and repair + CAD experience + Machining experience **Qualifications** : + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field preferred. + 8+ years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or a similar technical role. + Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with CNC machine operation and maintenance, including knowledge of machine tools, controls, and software. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. + Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
