**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician- 1st Shift (Dayton, OH)** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install and service CNC machines in manufacturing facilities. This role requires a blend of electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure our customers' machinery operates efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Receive daily project assignments + Install machines into customer facilities + Perform reactive troubleshooting and maintenance + Work with electrical systems including 24V-230V AC/DC, power supplies, slices, breakers, starters, drives (Fanuc), and servos + Read ladder logic and troubleshoot using volt meters and megohmmeters + Handle mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, screws, 3-phase motors, bolts, and spindles + Install software, primarily Winmax, when necessary + Primarily work on Hurco and Smart machines **Essential Skills** + Experience with mechanical maintenance including motors, bearings, and spindles + Experience with electrical maintenance including 24V-230V AC/DC + Familiarity with Fanuc or Hurco systems + Proficiency with voltmeters and megohmmeters + Ability to read schematics and blueprints + PLC troubleshooting experience + Ability to work autonomously and independently + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Valid driver's license and clean driving record **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a $1200 HSA bonus, 401K with a 5% match, 9-10 holidays, jeans and steel toe allowance, and provide a company phone and computer.
