CNC Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary:**
Our Client, a leading company in the **manufacturing industry** , is seeking a skilled and dedicated **CNC Machine Maintenance Technician** to join their maintenance team. This **full-time, hourly position** offers the opportunity to work in a **dynamic and challenging environment** while maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Use **hand and power tools** to install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot **equipment breakdowns** , including **hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems** .
+ Perform regular **maintenance checks** , such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels.
+ Repair **CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers** .
+ Determine required maintenance and perform **preventative maintenance (PM)** on various machines.
+ Track and document **PM reports and downtime** .
+ Read **blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings** to determine work procedures.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ **High School Diploma required** .
+ Programming skills for **CNC machinery operation** .
+ Ability to **read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints** .
+ Strong **organizational and detail-oriented** skills.
+ **Problem-solving abilities** for diagnosing and rectifying machine malfunctions or deviations in product specifications.
+ Ability to **multitask** and manage multiple priorities.
+ Capability to respond to **emergencies in a timely manner** and prioritize critical work.
+ Strong **communication skills** to report issues to management and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
