This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams and supervisors to enhance quality and process improvements and implement cost-reduction strategies in machining operations. **_This position is part of the Production Operations team located in Hemet, CA and will be onsite._** **The essential responsibilities of the job include:** + Develops and optimizes CNC programs using Mastercam software. + Sets up and operates computer numerical controlled lathes or mills, determines procedures for setup and operations, selects tooling and configuration of tools and inserts, does editing and operating procedures in accordance with established instructions or guidelines. + Creates CNC programs to produce product to meet the requirements of engineering drawings.
